Great fit and temperature, but insufficient quality

Outdoor experience: Intermediate
First of all the good: Perfect fit, keeping me warm even in winter, also manages rain for a certain amount of time But: My first pair had torn seams and failing cloth at the back side after a relative short amount of usage. So I thought of a bad piece and ordered a new one since I had no other issues with it. The new pair showed exactly the same problems after a few months of intermediate usage. I sent both tights to a service center. Repair wasn't possible so I received store credit. Getting my money back was rejected. So I was left with only one option: Ordering two new tights with the store credit. Not really "sustainable" but well... I am hoping that these two will last longer.
