Once your order leaves our warehouse in Denmark, you will receive a tracking link via email. We primarily use DHL for international deliveries and Bring/Posten for shipments within Scandinavia.

Unfortunately, there are some countries we do not currently ship to. You are welcome to contact our support team if you’re interested in ordering to a country that is not listed. While we’ll do our best to explore possible options, we cannot guarantee a solution within a short timeframe.

We ship our products on weekdays (Monday–Friday). If you order before 11 am, your order will likely be shipped the same day. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Norway/Europe and 3–5 business days for the rest of the world.

Please note that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur with our shipping partners, but we always do our best to minimize any disruptions.

Visa/Mastercard, Debit cards, Vipps (Norway), Apple Pay, Klarna (invoice, pay later, installments) & PayPal. Klarna invoice orders must be delivered to your registered home address.

Unfortunately, Norrøna can't guarantee delivery within 4 working days.

• South and eastern part of Norway 2-3 days
• Western part of Norway 2-3 days
• Middle part of Norway 2-4 days
• Northern part of Norway 3-4 days
• Sweden: 2-4 days (delivery with Bring)

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days with DHL Express Shipping.
Example:
- New York = 92% of deliveries within 2 working days
- Seattle = 90% of deliveries within 3 working days
Unfortunately, Norrøna can't guarantee delivery within 4 working days.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders above $165.

If the order is below the minimum amount for free shipping, the shipping cost is $20.

Tracking

DHL Express will send you tracking in a text message before arrival. The link provided in the message will allow you to choose how and when to get the product(s) delivered.

Return

You can return any product within 30 days. A prepaid return label will be delivered with your package.

Taxes and duties are included, so no extra cost in addition to what you see in the checkout.
