FAQ
We ship our products on weekdays (Monday–Friday). If you order before 11 am, your order will likely be shipped the same day. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Norway/Europe and 3–5 business days for the rest of the world.
Please note that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur with our shipping partners, but we always do our best to minimize any disruptions.
If you experience an issue with your product, you may be eligible for warranty coverage. Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship for both new and used products.
- Loyalty Members receive a 7-year warranty on Norrøna products, provided the product is registered in their Loyalty Account.
- Non-Loyalty Members are eligible for a 5-year warranty if they can provide a physical receipt.
We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds. Returns made after 30 days and up to 60 days will be issued as a Cash Point refund. Products cannot be returned after 60 days.
Yes. One pre-paid return label is provided for each order. If you are missing the return label, please contact a customer service representative on our live chat support or email us at support@norrona.no. We provide free returns for all orders excluding Switzerland, Spitsbergen, Svalbard, and Jan Mayen. Simply register the return on our website and use the pre-paid shipping label included in your package.
Each product requires its own service order. If you’re sending multiple items in one package, make sure a separate service order is included in an easily accessible pocket of each garment.
