We’re sorry to hear that something is wrong with your product — but we truly appreciate the opportunity to fix it. Often, it only takes a small adjustment to bring your gear from damaged to dependable again. While we offer repairs on all products at our Norrøna headquarters, many of the most common fixes can easily be done at home.

Repair

While a brand-new Norrøna product is always exciting, an old favorite can be even better. High-quality products designed for a long lifespan are one of the most effective ways to reduce environmental impact and make more sustainable choices.

Warranty

All our products are built to last. We stand by the quality and durability of every product we make, with a 5 year warranty on production and material defects. 7 years for Loyalty members. Our warranty covers product and material defects, regardless of whether the product is unused or used. This means that if the product doesn't deliver the promised quality, you can send it in for repair. Once returned, we will determine if the product can be repaired and if not, you will be offered Cash Points equal to the original price of the product.

Repair it yourself

While we offer repairs on all products at our Norrøna headquarters, many of the most common fixes can easily be done at home.
