We offer a 30-day return policy for refunds. Returns made after 30 days and up to 60 days will be issued as a Cash Point refund. Products cannot be returned after 60 days.

Yes. One pre-paid return label is provided for each order. If you are missing the return label, please contact a customer service representative on our live chat support or email us at support@norrona.no. We provide free returns for all orders excluding Switzerland, Spitsbergen, Svalbard, and Jan Mayen. Simply register the return on our website and use the pre-paid shipping label included in your package.

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 business days (approximately 2 weeks) from the date your return is received.

As soon as your item(s) are scanned at our warehouse, the refund will be processed automatically, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Once your return is registered, you’ll receive a notification from the carrier:

Scandinavia (Posten/Bring): You’ll get an email, and the return should appear automatically in the Posten App if you use the same email and phone number.

International (DHL Express): You’ll get an email when the return is registered with us and when the parcel is first scanned.

After your return arrives at our warehouse in Denmark, refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

No. Each order must be returned separately using the pre-paid return label included with that order. Combining multiple orders on a single label may delay your refund.

All returns must be registered online here before sending them to us. After registering your return, you can use the pre-paid return label included in your package. If you live outside of the EU, you must include a proforma/customs document. This is required for returns from the US, Canada, Australia, and other non-EU countries. The customs documents will be emailed to you after you register your return (this may take up to 24 hours). Please follow the instructions in the email carefully.

Please note that we do not offer free returns for Switzerland, Svalbard, Spitsbergen, or Jan Mayen. Returns shipping must be coordinated independently.

You can exchange unused products purchased online within 30 days. Exchanges are only available for full-priced items and cannot be made for outlet products. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with hangtags attached. A prepaid return label will be provided with your order, excluding shipments to Switzerland, Spitsbergen, Svalbard, and Jan Mayen.
