What do you actively do to cut back on your carbon footprint?
I try to ride my bike, skateboard, or walk for as many weekly errands as possible. The more days in a row I can not use my car the better!

Be open to trying new things all the time. You never know what might inspire your future passions and pursuits.
What hobbies do you enjoy participating in?
I love reading, doing yoga, cooking, and spending time with my dogs Leo & Luna.

Quest for the Crest
The Summer of 2025 Jeffrey undertook a remarkable challenge, running two infamous and mountainous 100-mile races just two weeks apart. The first race was the Cascade Crest 100, scheduled for July 19th in Easton, Washington, situated just outside of Seattle in the Cascade Mountain Range. The second race was the Angeles Crest 100, set for August 3rd in Wrightwood, California, concluding in Los Angeles.
These races are renowned for their intense heat and significant vertical gain and loss in the high mountains. Placing them only two weeks apart makes for a unique challenge that Jeffrey's calling the Quest for the Crest.
