Joni and Jannis from The Alpinists will take you on a journey through the Swiss Alps! In their talk, they will share remarkable experiences from the mountains, many of which are captured in their book Lost in the Alps.
Through stunning images and videos, they transport you to breathtaking peaks, remote mountain lakes, and challenging routes. They reveal what it means to venture into the wild – balancing planning and spontaneity, success and failure, solitude and unforgettable encounters.

About Joni
Joni Hedinger was born in Switzerland in 1992 and lives in Rapperswil SG. The trained carpenter discovered his passion for photography through Instagram and has been working as a self-employed photographer and videographer since 2018. Since 2020, he has been pursuing an art direction alongside his commercial work and has shown his pictures at various exhibitions.
