About
This 60-minute session is designed to strengthen the body and mind for ski touring. The practice focuses on balance and mobilization of the lower limbs, helping skiers build the stability, strength, and flexibility needed for long days in the mountains.
As part of our winter yoga series, each session is tailored to a different outdoor activity, from hiking to skiing and beyond. Join us this season to stay balanced, strong, and ready for the mountains.
Yoga Focus:

Practical info:
- When: 17th of February from 19:00.
- Sessions last for 1 hour and starts at 19:15

What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Comfortable yoga clothing
- Warm layers for after the session
- Water bottle
We will have some drinks ready for you after the session.
