Cash points
For every full-price purchase, both online and in-store, you will earn Cash Points and build your loyalty level to be used on future purchases. (*except co-labs)
Cash Points are earned on full-price purchases as a Loyalty Member. They can be used as a discount on your next order and may also be issued instead of a refund for returns made after 30 days (within 60 days).
No. Cash Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if the product is returned.
If you return a Norrøna product that was purchased with Cash Points, the used points will be refunded. Products paid for with a combination of Cash Points and money will be refunded in the same way.
To earn Cash Points, you must have a Loyalty Account. Cash Points are earned on full-price purchases only and can be used as a discount on future orders. 1 point is equivalent to 1 unit of your currency.
Please note:
- Purchases made with a discount do not earn Cash Points.
- Outlet items do not earn Cash Points.
- Cash Points used to pay for an order will not generate new points.
For returns made after 30 days (up to 60 days), Cash Points may be issued instead of a refund.
To become a member, click on Loyalty Program and enter your email address in the sign-up field. You will then be prompted to create a password of your choice, and a confirmation email will be sent to your email inbox.
Points earned on an order will be available to use 45 days after the date of your purchase and will automatically be added to your Loyalty Account.
You can use Cash Points at the checkout for online orders when you are signed into your Loyalty Account. Cash Points can also be used in our official Norrøna stores.

Yes. Cash Points will expire 3 years after the date that they were added to your account.
How many Cash Points you earn, depends on your Loyalty level. Loyalty level is calculated in your local currency on the amount spent in the last 24 months on full price purchase. Cash Points earned on a purchase will be deducted if the product is returned. You can see your Loyalty level by logging in to your account.There are three levels and they are calculated in your local currency. 1 point is equivalent to 1 unit of your currency.
Level 1 = 5%
Up to NOK 5 000*
Level 2 = 7,5%
NOK 5 000 - 10 000*
Level 3 = 10%
Above NOK 10 000*
Returns for products purchased with Cash Points will be refunded in Cash Points. If a product was purchased using both Cash Points and cash, the refund will be issued according to the original payment method.

Visa/Mastercard, Debit cards, Vipps (Norway), Apple Pay, Klarna (invoice, pay later, installments) & PayPal. Klarna invoice orders must be delivered to your registered home address.

On the sign-in page, click “forgot password”. A password reset link will be sent to your email inbox—click the link in the email to create a new password. It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you don’t see it, please check your Junk or Other folders.
You must be logged into your Loyalty Account to unsubscribe from Norrøna newsletters. Once logged in, go to My Account and select Communication Preferences. From there, you can toggle off the option to receive newsletters and other electronic communications.
